Fast is an automotive garage that has been reliably serving vehicles in East London, since 1990. Fast approached Pixable to modernise its operations and processes, to better serve its customers and the local community.

Overview

In an industry that has traditionally resisted transformation, Fast exhibited a desire to utilise technology to improve their operational efficiency for their burgeoning client base. A long history of serving hundreds of vehicles to generations of drivers had lead to a fragmented and exhausted data warehouse. Pixable aimed to implement transformative change to the business and set it up for another 25 years of success.

Outcomes & Deliverables

An intuitive and user-friendly website that allows for real-time booking has raised the bar for all the competing businesses in the local area. Fast is now able to harvest its potent local SEO into organic bookings; the business has seen a record number of appointments since the launch of the site.

Behind the scenes, all customer bookings are integrated with Zoho CRM, which is now houses all customer, vehicle and invoicing data. CRM is in turn integrated with communications systems, including automated SMS reminders and telephony. Fast has seen a remarkable improvement in it’s operational efficiency and customers are looking forward to upcoming features on the website, including a customer portal.
